The OneClick Data API allows software platforms and internal applications to retrieve address-specific property intelligence through a REST API. Instead of manually researching building codes, permit history, sales tax, weather events, or jurisdiction information, applications can request structured data or packaged reports and incorporate it directly into existing workflows.

What inputs does the API require?
Every request requires a request date and a property address. Packages that include calculators may require additional inputs depending on the tool. Depending on the endpoint, additional request parameters may be required. Request developer documentation for more detail.
What formats does the API return data in?
Data is returned as structured JSON. Select packages also support branded PDF report output for compliance documentation, third-party submissions, and customer-facing use.
