With Permit History, you can:
- Access permit data before arriving on-site
- Validate roof age using total permits and recent roofing activity
- Identify prior work across roofing, structural, HVAC, and plumbing
- Support your scope with documented, verifiable history
This allows you to walk into every job with a clearer understanding of the property’s background.
How to access Permit History
- Submit your project to unlock your building code report
- Click “View Details” next to the Permit History section
- You will be taken to the Permit History report section. Click “View Report” .|
- Download a PDF of the permit history for the roof.
Availability
- Nationwide Permit History: Available where permit data exists for the property
