A: Newly developed addresses may take some time to appear in our system as they’re added to regional databases. Properties built within the last six months to a year may not be in our system just yet. In the meantime, please contact support for assistance.
Q: What should I do if I see multiple listings for the same address?
A: This could be due to duplicate entries in the database. Please report any duplicate addresses to our support team, and we’ll help resolve it.
- This should look different from seeing an existing project you have already created. You will always have the option to click on your existing project to avoid creating duplicate projects on your account.
