How to Pause Your Subscription

A quick tutorial on how to pause your subscription

At One Click Code, we understand that you may not always need reports but might not want to cancel your subscription. That’s why we've made it easy to pause your subscription. Follow the steps below to pause your subscription whenever you need to take a break.

Steps to Pause Your Subscription

1. Log in to Your OneClick Code Account and Open the Menu
   1. Access the menu by clicking the three blue lines in the upper right-hand corner of the desktop.
   2. For mobile users, the menu will be located in the top left-hand corner.
      
      
2. Navigate to Plan Details or Manage Your Subscription
   1. Select "Plan Details" or "Manage Your Subscription" from the menu.
3. Click on Pause Payments
   1. This option is located in the lower right-hand corner of the Plan Details page.
4. Select the duration for pausing your subscription
   1. Use the drop-down menu to choose how many months you’d like to pause your subscription: 1, 2, or 3 months.
   2. Note: 3 months is the longest you can pause your subscription for
5. Once you have selected how long you want to pause your subscription, click on the Pause button
   1.  You can only pause your subscription once every 12 months
6. You should get a pop-up message letting you know your subscription is now paused

   1. Payments will automatically resume after the selected pause duration (1, 2, or 3 months).

7. You can resume your subscription at any time
   1. Just click on the Resume button to Unpause your subscription manually 
8. If you want to resume your subscription manually,
   1. Click on the Resume button to confirm that your subscription and payments will start up again.
