Login Troubleshooting Guide

Are you having trouble logging into your One Click Code account? This guide covers common login issues and provides troubleshooting steps to get you back into your account.

1. Check Your Email and Password

  • Double-check your email: Ensure you’re entering the correct email address associated with your One Click Code account.
  • Verify your password: Make sure your password is correct. If you're unsure, you can reset it (instructions below).
  • Case-sensitive passwords: Passwords are case-sensitive, so check for any uppercase/lowercase mismatches.

2. Reset Your Password

If you forgot your password or can’t log in, resetting it is easy. (This is for users who do not sign in through Google, Apple or SSO)

  1. Go to the One Click Code login page.
  2. Click on “Forgot Password?” below the password field.
  3. Enter your registered email address and click “Submit.”
  4. Check your inbox for a password reset email from One Click Code. Follow the instructions to create a new password.

Tip: If you don’t receive a password reset email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.

3. Clear Your Browser’s Cache and Cookies

Sometimes cached data or cookies can interfere with login functionality. Here’s how to clear them:

  1. Open your browser’s settings.
  2. Look for “Privacy & Security” and select “Clear browsing data” or “Clear cache and cookies.”
  3. Click on “Cached images and files” and “Cookies and other site data,” then “Clear.”
    • Feel free to clear your cache from the last few weeks or the current month depending on how often you browse the internet.

Afterward, restart your browser and try logging in again.

4. Update Your Browser or Try a Different One

  • We recommend using an up-to-date version of Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge. If you’re experiencing issues, try logging in from a different browser to see if that solves the problem.

5. Disable Browser Extensions

Certain browser extensions, especially those related to security or ad-blocking, can interfere with logging in.

  1. Disable any ad blockers, VPNs, or security extensions temporarily.
  2. Try logging in again.
  3. If successful, you may need to adjust settings in the extension to avoid future issues.

6. Check Your Internet Connection

A stable internet connection is essential. If you’re having trouble:

  • Try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network or using mobile data.
  • Restart your router.

7. Verify Account Activation (New Users Only)

If you’re a new user and haven’t received an account activation email, check your inbox and spam folder. If you can’t find it, contact us for assistance.

Please note: You will not be able to reset your password unless you have verified your email first.
