Manage Your Team: Roles, Permissions, and Access

Easily adjust team member roles, track project contributions, and maintain team organization.

This guide provides clear instructions on how to manage team member roles and permissions.  Follow the steps below to change roles, monitor team activity, remove members when necessary, and efficiently handle invitations.  These procedures ensure that the correct people have the appropriate access to your account and project data.

Changing Roles or Status

• Go to the Teams page.
  
  
  
• Locate the member whose role you want to change.
  
  
  
• Click on their current role and select Member or Admin to update their status.
  
  

Viewing Member Activity

• See how many projects each team member has created by reviewing the activity in the Projects section.
  • This helps you track user contributions and project completion.
    
    
• You can also view team projects if you are an admin or account owner 
  • Go to the projects tab on your screen.  
    
    
  • Select Team Projects to view projects created by members on your team.

Removing Team Members

• To remove a team member:
  • Go to the Teams page.
    
    
    
  • Click the Remove option next to the member’s name.
    
    
  • Confirm your action to complete the removal.

Resending Invitations

• If a user hasn’t accepted their invitation yet, you can resend it:
  • Go to the Teams page.
    
    
    
  • Locate the pending invitation.
    
    
  • Click “Resend Invite” to send the invitation again.
    • You should get this confirmation message once the invite has been resent.
